Yes. Providing a zip code will get you a close estimate so you can have an idea of what the transportation will cost.

We need a set of keys. The keys must open ignition, trunk, glovebox.
We need a working phone number for a contact that can be reached during vehicle transport if necessary.

CLEANLINESS:
Please make sure the car is clean to allow our driver to perform a good visual inspection inside and outside the car. We take pre and post trip photos.
Please clear the car of personal belongings. We allow up to 100 lbs of personal belongings in the trunk, but note that personal property is not insured during transport and we are not liable for any damage caused due to personal items moving around in the vehicle.
FLUIDS:
No fluid should leak in the vehicle.
Vehicle must be prepared for different climates. Please check antifreeze, transmission oil, and any other fluids.
Gas tank must have a minimum of ⅛ tank of fuel, and no more than ¼ tank of fuel. This allows us to start and move the car onto the trailer.
SECURE:
Secure the battery in the mounting bracket with no leaks.
Securely fasten or remove loose parts and specialty items such as spoilers, fog lights or mirrors for transport.
DISCONNECT:
Disconnect alarm system. Please let us know if there are special instructions to disable the alarm.
REMOVE:
Remove garage door openers, any cassette/CD players that are not mounted.
Remove exterior spare tire covers, grill covers, car covers.
Remove car racks, bike racks, ski racks that are not permanent.
Retract or remove antennas.
EXISTING DAMAGE:
Tears in convertible tops must be sealed to prevent further air damage during transport. We are not responsible for these conditions.
Windshield knicks can expand during transport. We are not responsible for these conditions.

Drain the fuel tank as low as possible.
Secure all accessories, including windshield, to the motorcycle. Helmets need to be secured to the motorcycle.

1-200 miles | 1-2 days
200-600 miles | 2-4 days
We will guarantee a pickup date. Delivery dates are generally not guaranteed in the industry because anything can happen on the road.

We advise about two weeks in advance. We can generally accommodate expedited shipping of 1-3 days if necessary.

We pick up and deliver door to door. However, if the address is on a very narrow road or the street has low hanging trees we will deliver as close as safely possible, and you will have to meet the truck near the delivery location.

No. Our drivers complete a BOL (Bill of Lading) which works as proof of record and receipt. Drivers take photos of the inside and outside of the vehicle pre trip and post trip. The BOL serves as a receipt and is very important for insurance claims.

We will contact you to confirm pickup. We will notify you of delivery.
If there are any unforeseen changes due to weather, traffic, or mechanical breakdown during delivery, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery date.
